Accepted Insurance Plans
I am in-network with the following insurance plans. If your plan is listed below, your sessions will be billed directly to your insurance at in-network rates. You will be responsible for any applicable copays, coinsurance, or deductibles as determined by your plan.
Self-Pay Rates
The following rates apply to clients who are self-paying or using out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before services begin. I will provide a written estimate prior to starting therapy or an evaluation so there are no surprises. If you have questions about costs or would like an estimate before scheduling, please don't hesitate to reach out.
